To fully utilize the inventory sync feature, the following requirements must be met:
- The inventory sync setting is toggled ON within Smapify
- The Smaregi store and Shopify location is connected and has a check mark in Smapify
- "Track this store" is checked for each location
- Products are synced
* Smaregi Plan: "Retail Business plan" is required
Smapify inventory setting
Please access the Inventory sync settings within Smapify and make sure that the inventory sync settings are turned on and the store connection does not have any issues.
Location Connections
With the inventory sync feature, users are able to add as many stores and locations as needed. If the user possesses multiple locations with inventory, Smapify requires each location (Shopify) to be connected with each Store / Warehouse (Smaregi). To enable inventory tracking for each connection, please make sure the "Track this store" is checked.
Products are in sync
In order to sync inventory for products, the products themselves need to be in sync as well.
The following are requirements for product inventory to be synced:
- Shopify and Smaregi have the same product and the Barcode / SKU on Shopify are the same as the product code on Smaregi
- There are no other products on Shopify with the same Barcode / SKU
