How to use points in the retail store and online store

When using points in Smaregi, you must select the member when creating a transaction in the Smaregi POS app (Use points at checkout).
Once a member is selected, a “Use Points” field will appear in the transaction. Enter the number of points the customer wishes to use, and the discount will be applied to the transaction total.
Member barcodes
There are several ways to select a member in Smaregi, such as searching by the customer’s name. If you are using a barcode reader, you can simplify member selection by having the customer display their membership code from their Shopify account page.
Customers can open your Shopify online store on their smartphone, create an account or log in, and then view the barcode for their Smaregi-linked membership code. This barcode can then be scanned directly in the Smaregi POS app for smooth and efficient member lookup.
