In Shopify, people who purchase products in the store are often referred to as "customers". However, in Smaregi, these people are referred to as "Members". In Smapify Shopify "Customers" can be synced with Smaregi "Members" and the other way around. To sync customers, you will mainly need the email address on both platforms and the First and Last name are required on Smaregi.
To use the membership feature on Smaregi, you will need to pay the "Premium Plus" Plan for Smaregi.

The following fields can be synced.

- If customers are added / synced from Smaregi, the member code will be included in Shopify customers tag. If customers are added / synced from Shopify, the Shopify Customer ID will be included as Smaregi's Member code.
-After February 4th, 2025 There have been changes to Shopify's required fields for customers
First and Last names are not a requirement on Shopify and if there is not a First or Last name, they will be synced to Smaregi as "-".
