Cancelling transactions
If a transaction is cancelled in Smaregi, the Shopify order created for that transaction will not be cancelled, but the amount paid will be changed to ¥0.
Returns
When dealing with returns, the user must use the return transaction in the Smaregi app.
Please ensure that the receipt number from the original order is input inside the "order memo" for the return transaction. Just like transaction cancellations, the order on Shopify will receive the refund amount information. The order itself does not change to a refund.
If the receipt number does not match, the return transaction will not be synced to Shopify's order.
When the "Order memo" does not show up, users must configure the correct settings on Smaregi's POS application. It is located in the sales setting in the transaction information.
Return transactions also need to be toggled ON form the option settings.
