With order sync, users are able to sync order information from one platform to the other. This allows for the management of sales on 1 platform, reducing workload and leading to efficiency.
Information that will be synced with order sync
- Location
- Order tags - only the "Smapify" and "Smaregi" or "Shopify" tags will be synced.
Other tags will not be synced. - Product name
- amount of products in order
- product price
- subtotal
- shipping fees
- Tax
- Total price
- Pay information / Amount of money received
- Only for Smaregi orders to Shopify : Payment method
- If the customer sync feature is turned on, order information from either platform will include the customer information as well.
- When using the Smapify Order Sync feature, the "Retail Business Plan" is required on Smaregi.
- If the Order sync feature is toggled ON and users have Inventory sync toggled ON as well and products are connected, Inventory changes from order sync will occur as well. In order to utilize Order sync but not have inventory synced, users are required to do 1 of the following 2 options.
1. Create a location / store only for storing order sync information
2. Disconnect product information - Leave the Barcode / SKU blank for the product
Requirements for the Order sync feature
- Please make sure the setting itself is toggled on.
You can find the order sync settings by accessing the orders section located in the Smapify settings. - Location connection settings are completed without any problems
Please ensure the location connection settings within the order settings are completed as well.
Again, if users only want to sync orders without syncing inventory, they will need to either cut sync for the products by removing barcodes / SKU, or create a separate location / store for orders only
Please note that the "Retail Business Plan" on Smaregi is also required as well.
